“A few weeks after my previous (1-day) first aid course, my husband came off his bike and hit his head. He was unconscious for 15 minutes. Pia teaches in a way which meant that I could hear her instructions in my head, guiding me so that I was able to keep calm and follow through the process until the ambulance arrived. I am so grateful. :)”
