First Training was established in 1997 to meet a growing demand for training and qualifications from people involved in outdoor employment, education and recreation. This service has now expanded to include standard First Aid training and shorter courses so that workplaces and community groups can meet OSH requirements.

CPR An excellent 4-hour course. The course is a mixture of facilitated learning, scenarios and self-directed learning. Practical assessments are included to meet NZQA requirements. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate, which is valid for two years. The course covers NZQA unit Standard 6402 if requried. Defib (AED) 1 hour Training

The Defibrillator Training course covers the use and maintenance of a Defibrillator.

Participants must have completed a recognised CPR course within the previous two years.

A must have for any work place with an AED to keep current with OSH requirements.

CPR + First Aid

A six hour course designed around your specific needs

The course is a mixture of facilitated learning and hands-on scenario based learning. Excellent for all from workplaces to sports groups.
